UX Designer, Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT)

Analyze complex supply chain problems using data and AI-driven insights to design and deliver innovative, user-centric UX solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless vendor experiences while driving design best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor problems using data, research, and AI insights to create measurable solutions
• Partner with product and business teams to define use cases and high‑level requirements
• Iteratively produce journey maps, flows, prototypes, and mockups, leveraging AI‑assisted tools
• Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders
• Develop and maintain detailed UI and interaction specifications
• Contribute to the proprietary design agent by refining templates and driving adoption
• Measure the effectiveness of designed experiences and iterate based on feedback
• Lead design‑thinking activities, provide critiques, and conduct retrospectives

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience as a UX or interaction designer
• Portfolio of production‑ready design work
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers
• Ability to communicate design rationale to senior leadership
