You will support product strategy by ensuring user-centric solutions and lead multidisciplinary collaboration across product, data, and engineering teams. Additionally, you will leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping and conduct user research to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support product strategy execution, ensuring user needs drive decisions
- Leverage AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate solution exploration, hypothesis testing, and prototype generation
- Conduct user research and experiments to define personas, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with engineering using component systems (e.g., ShadCN, Tailwind) to deliver technically feasible, AI‑assisted designs
- Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops with product, data, marketing, and engineering to champion user‑centric decisions
- Prioritize design activities based on potential impact on product success metrics
Requirements
- Experience with experimentation, testing, and prototyping tools
- Facilitation of Design Sprints, Design Thinking, and brainstorming sessions
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to quickly learn and integrate AI design tools into daily workflow
- Basic front‑end knowledge (HTML, CSS, component libraries, design tokens) to communicate with engineers
- Degree in Design, IT, or related field; postgraduate studies or product management courses are a plus
- Advanced English for collaboration with global teams
- Preferred experience in mobility, logistics, or transportation products
