- Oversee the preconstruction phase of industrial and logistics projects to ensure designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with architects and engineers to manage budgets, timelines, and quality control procedures throughout the construction process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Design Manager for a main contractor with a focus on design and build, new build, and refurbishment projects. Must possess strong knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations along with the ability to manage document systems and diverse stakeholders.
