UX Designer, Elevated Shopping Experience

The UX Designer will create elevated shopping experiences by integrating GenAI, automation, and real-time data into interactive prototypes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous product needs into scalable, high-quality customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex design and technical problems even when product strategy is evolving
- Design connected, adaptive experiences across interfaces, content, data and technology
- Create interactive prototypes using real data, logic, APIs and AI models
- Develop clear content structures, interaction language and guidance
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, content and data teams
- Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions and design reviews
- Present ideas clearly, drive decisions and establish patterns, standards and processes that scale
- Use product data, customer feedback and usability research to guide decisions
- Measure results and iterate to improve experiences over time
- Stay handsâon from concept through delivery, building prototypes and refining details
Requirements
- 5+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX or interaction designer
- Experience designing and prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Online portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend, userâcentered design solutions for desktop and mobile
- Experience in massâmarket consumer web/mobile products
- Visual design expertise with mockups and style guides
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in design, HCI or related field
- Expertise in AI tools and AIâassisted design methodologies
