Product Designer

The Product Designer is responsible for the end-to-end creation and validation of digital solutions for mental healthcare, from problem framing to live implementation. This includes orchestrating AI tools for interface generation and using data and A/B testing to prove the effectiveness of design choices.

Responsibilities

• Own design outcomes from problem definition through delivery and evaluation
• Use AI tools to generate interfaces, explore variations, and produce production‑ready components
• Validate designs against brand, accessibility (WCAG AA), and clinical safety standards
• Translate design decisions into testable hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and analyze product analytics
• Facilitate discovery sessions, design sprints, and critiques with cross‑functional stakeholders
• Maintain a living design system and AI‑tool context library
• Develop research, UX writing, interaction, visual, front‑end, and domain expertise as needed
• Deliver designs that improve mental well‑being outcomes for users

Requirements

• Portfolio of launched products demonstrating end‑to‑end design impact
• Experience designing with AI tools and critical evaluation of AI output
• Strong data‑driven design skills: product analytics, A/B testing, hypothesis validation
• Facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
• Product and system thinking across complete user journeys
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience in regulated domains (mental health) is a plus
• Design system creation or scaling experience is a plus
• Front‑end knowledge (HTML/CSS, component frameworks) is a plus
