Senior Product Designer

You will lead user research, prototyping, and UX design to create effective solutions for members, clients, and practitioners. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure high-quality delivery and maintain the design system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and discovery using appropriate methods for each project
• Test solutions early and improve adoption and usage, working alone or with a Product Manager
• Design effective solutions, produce low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes, and lead Design Reviews with Product & Tech teams
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, leveraging existing assets
• Ensure design quality during development, provide feedback to engineers, and create impactful screens and visuals
• Redesign core app journeys to improve mobile usage and adapt interfaces for multilingual, international clients

Requirements

• 5‑6 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on Web or SaaS products
• Strong knowledge of design and research methodologies and ability to apply the appropriate method per project
• Curiosity and experience integrating AI into design work
• Fluent French and professional English
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design, wireframes, prototypes, user testing and feedback loops
