Product Designer
Therapieland 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
You will own the end-to-end design process, from understanding user and clinical needs to prototyping and validating solutions with real data. You will orchestrate AI tools to generate interfaces while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and clinical safety.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product problems from definition to live delivery and validation
- Use AI tools to generate interfaces, explore variations, and produce production‑ready components
- Critically evaluate AI‑generated designs for brand consistency, accessibility (WCAG AA), and clinical safety
- Translate design decisions into testable hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and interpret analytics
- Facilitate discovery sessions, design sprints, and critiques with product owners, engineers, clinicians, and partners
- Maintain a living design system and component library for AI tools
- Deliver complete design solutions without reliance on specialist hand‑offs
- Ensure design outcomes are measurable, data‑backed, and meet quality and accessibility standards
Requirements
- Proven portfolio of launched products demonstrating impact
- Experience designing with AI tools for generation, variation, and prototyping
- Strong ability to critically assess AI output against brand, accessibility, and clinical safety standards
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, product analytics, and hypothesis validation
- Facilitation skills for discovery sessions, design sprints, and critiques with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Broad skill set across research, UX writing, interaction design, visual design, front‑end knowledge, and product/health domains
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
