Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design projects, transforming business and user needs into intuitive, scalable digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Marketing to ensure technical viability and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects from problem identification through implementation
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive, effective experiences
- Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, and interfaces
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Business, and Analytics to align solutions with strategic goals
- Participate in user research and validation activities
- Design with technical feasibility and front‑end constraints in mind
- Document solutions to ensure consistent implementation
- Review implemented experiences and work with Development to optimize them
- Contribute to the evolution of the corporate design system with components, patterns, and documentation
- Mentor and support other designers to maintain quality and consistency
- Explore new methodologies and tools, including practical AI applications in design
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or digital product design
- Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end design projects
- Experience creating, evolving, and maintaining design systems
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front‑end fundamentals
- Experience in information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and user research
- Ability to clearly document solutions and work closely with development teams
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and usability standards
- Excellent communication, autonomy, and influencing skills
- Portfolio demonstrating process, decision‑making, and impact
- English proficiency for working with international documentation
