The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences by translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual concepts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain design systems while ensuring accessibility and consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual concepts
  • Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions
  • Create responsive layouts and interactive prototypes for multiple screen sizes while ensuring consistency
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guidelines
  • Conduct usability testing, review implemented interfaces, and work with developers to ensure accurate translation of designs
  • Contribute to accessibility improvements, visual hierarchy, navigation structures, and overall product usability
  • Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
  • Manage multiple design tasks, prioritize requirements, and meet project deadlines
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Continuously explore new design tools, methods, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Digital Design, or related field
  • Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
  • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high‑fidelity interface designs
  • Understanding of responsive design principles for desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Familiarity with usability testing, user research, interviews, surveys, personas, and journey mapping
  • Knowledge of typography, layout, spacing, color theory, and design consistency
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, reusable UI patterns, and guidelines
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front‑end development concepts (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze user feedback for design improvements
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
