The role involves conducting UX research and strategy to transform business needs into logical information architectures and user flows. The designer will create high-quality visual solutions and design systems while presenting projects and managing feedback directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research and strategy, identifying user behavior patterns to shape information architecture and logical flows
- Design visually refined solutions that adhere to design system standards and functional requirements
- Present design concepts to clients, coordinate feedback, and ensure proposals add real business value
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers and consultants
- Maintain a scalable, organized workflow using advanced Figma features
- Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AI‑driven interactions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience designing digital products from concept to delivery
- Strong portfolio demonstrating usability, interaction design, and information architecture
- Passion for user research and data‑driven validation
- Basic coding knowledge and familiarity with content management systems
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Ability to present concepts confidently to clients and manage feedback
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level)
- Positive, autonomous, and collaborative mindset
