Senior Product Designer, Amazon Autos

Lead the strategic design of innovative automotive shopping experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive multi-modal user interfaces. You will mentor team members, champion user-centered design through data-driven insights, and present complex solutions to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Create elegant, multiâmodal user experiences incorporating insights, business requirements, and technical constraints
- Lead project planning and strategic phases
- Pitch new CX ideas with strong rationale
- Rapidly produce user flows, wireframes, loâfi prototypes, and detailed visual specifications
- Deliver UX solutions for large, complex problems independently
- Champion userâcentered design through testing and research
- Present design work to UX, product, engineering, and executive leadership
- Contribute to design guidelines and best practices across Amazon
- Mentor and lead other designers
- Design experiences balancing endâcustomer and dealer/partner needs in a B2B2C marketplace
- Collaborate on advertising integration strategies to enhance the experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX or interaction design experience
- Portfolio showing endâtoâend, userâcentered design across desktop and mobile
- Experience delivering largeâscope, complex design solutions
- Experience designing and prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
- Experience designing for international markets and localization
