Design accessible and user-friendly digital interactions such as chat, voice, and mobile applications for the Dutch police. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research to validate designs and improve the citizen's digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes and low/high-fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to the development of the Design System
- Apply WCAG standards for accessible solutions
- Create personas, user journeys, and service blueprints
Requirements
- HBO (Bachelor) degree in Communication and Multimedia Design, Industrial (Product) Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX Product Designer or in a similar role
- Experience with user experience design, product design, and service design
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma
