Design Manager II

The Design Manager will lead and coordinate the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation while ensuring technical accuracy and quality. They will also collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to manage project goals, schedules, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural design efforts from conceptual and schematic design through design development and construction documentation
• Translate project goals, client requirements, and program needs into thoughtful and functional design solutions
• Establish and maintain design direction, priorities, schedules, and deliverables in coordination with project leadership
• Guide project teams in developing cohesive design solutions while maintaining project scope, schedule, and quality expectations

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated experience leading or coordinating architectural design projects
• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• Architectural licensure preferred
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, documentation, and consultant coordination
