Founding Product Designer

The Founding Product Designer will define the end-to-end user experience for AI-powered audit and accounting workflows. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, trustworthy software interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive end-to-end product experiences across Clark's core platform
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Audit Engineers, and customers to understand workflows and translate them into thoughtful product experiences
- Own the design process from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity mockups and production-ready specifications
- Create intuitive workflows for AI-powered audit and accounting products
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate quickly based on customer insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing modern software products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking, interaction design, and visual design
- Expertise in Figma and modern product design workflows
- Experience designing complex web applications or enterprise software
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex user workflows
