Requirements
- Candidates need 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Information Architecture, or a related field with a strong background in classification systems and JTBD frameworks. Proficiency in foundational statistics, survey science, and the ability to conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative studies is required.
