The UX designer is responsible for improving the user experience and ergonomics of digital products to increase conversion rates. They study user behavior and psychology to create intuitive prototypes and functional interfaces that align with commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that navigation on the sales site is smooth and pleasant
  • Study and design practical options to facilitate the act of buying
  • Choose the various functions to be added based on the needs of the users
  • Take charge of the overall design of a product
  • Consider many elements, such as commercial objectives, brand image, communication and marketing strategies, user needs and target groups, Internet user behaviour and consumption patterns, competitors’ products, market developments, and the overall aesthetics of the site
