Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering with 15–18 years of construction industry experience. Must have a proven track record in large-scale commercial or retail projects within the UAE or GCC, including deep knowledge of local authority regulations.
