Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the Workbench design system components and token architecture while integrating AI-assisted workflows. Collaborate with engineering to ensure coded implementation consistency and develop AI tooling to improve system legibility for LLMs.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience and 4+ years specifically in design systems, with a strong mastery of token architecture and Figma. Candidates must demonstrate high AI fluency and the technical ability to contribute to code repositories and technical plans.
