Digital Graphic Designer (freelance)

Produce and adapt visual assets for the website, app, social media, and marketing channels across multiple formats and languages. Collaborate with Marketing, Music Production, and Product teams to maintain brand consistency and streamline production using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce digital graphic assets for Tomplay’s website, app, social media, marketing campaigns, sheet music catalogue, music productions, and collections
• Adapt existing creatives to multiple sizes, aspect ratios, and placements
• Localise and adapt graphical assets across multiple languages
• Produce thumbnails, website banners, app banners, social media visuals, and other recurring digital assets efficiently and consistently
• Use AI-powered creative tools to generate, enhance, upscale, and adapt visual content
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Music Production, Product, and other teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in visual/graphic design or creative production
• Strong visual eye and ability to produce high-quality assets quickly and reliably
• Experience creating and adapting web banners, app banners, thumbnails, newsletter assets, and social media assets across different sizes and languages
• Strong knowledge of Figma and Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Good English communication skills and availability during Central European working hours
