You will lead the UX design strategy for new products and services, managing the end-to-end design process from research to delivery. Additionally, you will build and maintain the design system while collaborating with product managers and engineers to integrate AI-driven features.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype projects, from sketch to delivery
- Identify and correct inconsistencies in user journeys
- Conduct user tests to validate key hypotheses
- Integrate regulatory constraints into design
- Build and maintain the Yomoni design system
- Document design decisions and reduce design debt
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience in fintech, savings, or financial services
- Mastery of Figma (prototyping, components, variables)
- A portfolio demonstrating the ability to lead a project from discovery to delivery
- Daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) in design practice
