Responsible for the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from problem definition and user flow creation to final specification and implementation. Collaborates with product managers and engineers to build consistent user experiences using a shared design system for the Japanese market.

- UI/UX design for product features from definition to final specification
- Collaboration with product managers and engineers to promote projects from planning to development and release
- Utilization of common design systems to build consistent user experiences
- Collaboration with UX writers and researchers to reflect user insights into design
Requirements
- Understanding of Japanese user behavior and product usage environment
- Experience in UI/UX design for web products (mid-level or above)
- Ability to define challenges and create user flows and interaction designs
- Experience in product management and collaboration with engineering teams
- Business-level English communication skills
