Lead the end-to-end design process from strategic product discovery to refined engineering handoff. Balance user experience with business goals while collaborating with agile multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design process management
- Autonomy and alignment in project execution
- Technical interlocution with the development team
- Mediation and balance between user experience and business objectives
- Mentorship and culture development
- Collaboration with agile and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Intermediate English
- Hybrid model (1 day/week at the office)
- Clear and assertive communication
- Flexibility to work on projects from different segments
- Active listening and strong argumentation/negotiation skills
- Focus on data and business rules
- Understanding of Design Systems and componentization in Figma
- Experience with requirement collection and analysis
