The Product Designer will transform complex problems into intuitive interfaces by mapping user journeys and creating wireframes and prototypes. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams throughout the discovery, implementation, and validation phases to evolve the SaaS platform.
Responsibilities
- Understand users, their problems, and needs
- Map journeys, flows, and points of friction within the product
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
- Transform complex functionalities into simple and intuitive experiences
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing
- Participate in Product Discovery and validation of hypotheses
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to define new functionalities
- Monitor solutions during development, ensuring quality implementation
- Analyze product usage, feedback, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Build and evolve the design system
- Participate in defining priorities considering user, product, and business
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across the platform
- Continuously improve existing functionalities after launch
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
- Good base of UX, UI, and usability
- Ability to understand complex problems and propose simple solutions
- Good visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with technical teams
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Fast learning
