Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex journeys across web and mobile
- Shape product strategy and roadmap conversations
- Produce high-quality design work across web and mobile experiences
- Explore AI-enabled, personalised, or data-informed experiences
- Design clear, actionable client-facing experiences
- Build lightweight research and learning practices
Requirements
- Significant product design experience
- Complex B2B2C enterprise SaaS environments
- End-to-end ownership of design projects
- Design system development
- AI thoughtfulness in design process
