- Lead the research roadmap for AI agents and automated workflows at the intersection of identity and security. Drive mixed-methods research to define user experiences and integrate AI tools to scale research operations across the organization.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of UX research experience in complex B2B or enterprise environments with mastery of both qualitative and quantitative methods. A postgraduate degree in HCI, Psychology, or a related field is expected, along with proficiency in AI tool workflows.
