(Senior) UI/UX Designer (all genders)

The role involves leading the design process for complex digital applications, from vision and design language to final UI. Responsibilities include managing design systems, advising clients strategically, and mentoring junior UX/UI team members.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing user-centered solutions for complex digital applications
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop creative projects
• Working on complex digital projects in the public and health sectors, as well as in regulated industries
• Developing and maintaining design systems
• Conducting user research and usability testing
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented correctly

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX and UI design
• Degree in Communication Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Familiarity with design systems, UX methods, and digital accessibility requirements
• Experience in working with development teams in agile environments
• Strong portfolio that showcases your work from problem statement to final interface
