You will lead the design process for complex digital applications, ensuring user-centricity from vision to final UI. Additionally, you will manage design systems, mentor team members, and provide strategic design consulting to clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the design process in customer projects, from vision and definition of the design language to the final UI
- Shaping visually and technically demanding user flows and surfaces for complex applications
- Strategic advice to customers and project teams on the further development of their digital products
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikationsdesign, Interaction Design, Medieninformatik, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent
- Funded experience in the development, application, and further development of design systems
- Safe handling of UX methods, the design of complex digital applications, and the requirements for digital accessibility
