You will own the UX web flow strategy and architect a universal design system to streamline the development of Amazon Ads web properties. This role involves building production-grade front-end code and eliminating handoff bottlenecks between design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own UX web flow strategy for advertising.amazon.com and Amazon Ads Academy
- Define how users navigate across content types, map decision paths, and design page structures that convert
- Architect and govern the universal design system for AEM
- Apply a product design lens to AEM components
- Compress design-to-production timelines
- Build production-grade front-end code
- Eliminate handoff bottlenecks through tooling, automation, and reference implementations
- Lead cross-team design quality
- Mentor and raise the bar
Requirements
- 4+ years of front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
- Available online portfolio
- Coding samples in front-end programming languages
- Experience developing visually polished, engaging, and highly fluid UX prototypes
- Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners
- Experience reviewing user research and data to build a strategic and user-friendly design
