The Senior Design Manager provides end-to-end leadership and technical accountability for project design delivery while managing multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. They are responsible for ensuring designs meet commercial, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives while maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Candidates must be a Professional or Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience in design, construction, and multidisciplinary project delivery. Strong technical competence in BIM/CAD tools and fluency in both English and French are required.
