The UX Designer is responsible for creating user-centered interfaces and service journeys from initial sketches to final screens. They build and maintain the company's design system and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts in agile squads.
Responsibilities
- Designing user experiences and interfaces for digital applications
- Working closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders
- Creating wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma
- Building and developing the company's design system
- Conducting user research and testing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in UX and UI design
- Experience in service design or journey mapping
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with design systems
- Understanding of complex business processes
- Ability to simplify complex processes
- Experience working with developers in agile teams
- Strong portfolio
