Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with knowledge of civil or structural engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software. Strong leadership experience in the fabrication and welding industry, combined with excellent communication and time management skills, is required.
