Visual Designer

The Visual Designer creates brand-consistent visual assets across print and digital channels to support institutional priorities and marketing campaigns. They collaborate with the Creative Lead and various departments to translate creative briefs into polished design solutions while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design work for integrated marketing and communications projects
- Translate creative briefs and approved direction into clear design solutions
- Develop campaign assets, publications, presentations, signage, event collateral, web graphics, email graphics, social media assets, and other visual materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3-5 years of professional graphic or visual design experience
- Experience designing for integrated campaigns, publications, digital channels, events, or institutional communications
- Strong working knowledge of graphic design, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, image treatment, and production design
