The specialist will create, adapt, and validate graphic designs and production-ready files for MCS products while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards. They are also responsible for generating print-ready assets, managing approval cycles, and providing technical support to the production team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop final art and layouts for products, ensuring compliance with technical, manufacturing, and safety requirements
- Prepare and validate files for production, guaranteeing conformity with printing standards and customer specifications
- Generate impositions, color separations, and CTP files for printing plate preparation
- Manage approval cycles, implementing changes and maintaining version traceability
- Validate color tests to ensure consistency with customer expectations
Requirements
- Background in Graphic Design, Arts, Production Engineering, or related field
- Experience in design for manufacturing, prepress, or industrial printing
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, imposition software, and printing standards
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and continuous improvement orientation
