The Team Lead is responsible for managing a six-person design engineering team across two locations and overseeing the planning and execution of construction projects. They will also focus on process optimization, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and coordinating with cross-functional departments.

- Lead and develop a team of six people at two locations
- Continuously improve the construction process
- Ensure compliance with relevant norms and regulations
- Collaborate with other technical departments, project management, product compliance, sales, and after-sales service
Requirements
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering
- Several years of experience in leading a team
- Practical experience in leading construction projects
- Solid knowledge of 3D CAD and PLM/ERP systems
- High sense of responsibility and a structured approach to work
- Good communication skills and process understanding
