The Associate Visual Designer will create engaging marketing materials including social media posts, banners, and promotional videos while maintaining brand consistency. They will collaborate with the marketing team to translate objectives into impactful visuals and utilize AI tools to enhance design productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Develop visually appealing creatives while maintaining brand consistency
- Create basic motion graphics and short promotional videos for digital campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand objectives and translate ideas into impactful visuals
- Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media best practices
- Utilize AI design tools to improve design quality and productivity
- Explore new AI-based creative tools and workflows to enhance content creation
- Ensure all designs align with the company's visual identity and branding guidelines
- Organize and maintain design assets for future use
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related design field
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, composition, and layout
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Magnific AI, Figma, Canva, Claude Design, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of creating graphics and short-form video content
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing creatives
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies
