- Lead the exterior paint design process from conception to post-production, coordinating between design, engineering, and manufacturing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage the development of model year exterior paint plans and material innovation.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of automotive design or manufacturing experience, including 2 years of leadership. Candidates must have led at least three design programs and possess strong artistic representation skills using Photoshop and Excel.
