Senior Product Designer

The role involves shaping product design strategy by balancing business needs with customer requirements and technical feasibility. The designer will create wireframes, prototypes, and task flows while integrating AI tools throughout the end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities

• Shape product design strategy
• Design and build alongside other designers, PMs, and engineers
• Use AI end to end, from research to prototyping to iterating
• Turn ideas into wireframes, diagrams, task flows, and working prototypes
• Talk to customers and partners directly to check design validity
• Help improve design tools, processes, and standards for the whole team
• Get involved in customer research early
• Work with engineering and business leads to ensure shipped product quality
• Push past team silos to solve problems that require multiple perspectives

Requirements

• Solid, real-world design experience and grounding in human-centered design
• Comfortable moving across fidelity levels, from rough wireframes to polished mockups and technical diagrams
• Hands-on experience with customer research methods
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply, to designers and non-designers alike
• Experience using AI throughout the design process, and knowing when its output is wrong
