The role involves taking overall technical responsibility for UX/UI across the entire product portfolio, including the development of a UX strategy and a central design system in Figma. The designer will integrate AI-driven methods into the design process and create user interfaces for software and hardware components used in industrial plants.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich UX-Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Mediendesign, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung darin, UX als Thema in einer Organisation aufzubauen oder maßgeblich weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung mit AI-gestützten Methoden und Tools im Designprozess
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma inkl. Aufbau strukturierter Bibliotheken
- Sicheres Stakeholder-Management und die Fähigkeit, Designentscheidungen datenbasiert herzuleiten und überzeugend zu vertreten
