You will define the UX/UI strategy across the entire product portfolio and establish user-centered design processes within agile teams. Additionally, you will remain hands-on by designing software interfaces and integrating AI-driven methods into the design workflow.
Responsibilities
- Develop our UX strategy, establish processes and standards, and drive the topic forward across the company
- Build and develop user-centered design processes across all product teams
- Integrate AI into the design process, including synthetic personas, AI-supported prototype generation, and evaluation and introduction of new AI design tools
- Hands-on conception and design of user interfaces, including icons, interactions, and states
- Preparation and visualization of complex measurement data for different user groups
- Design and further development of the surfaces on which our hardware components are configured and the recorded measurement data are displayed
- Responsibility for the central UI/UX design system in Figma, including governance, design guidelines, components, and interaction patterns
- Close collaboration with product management, product owners, and development, advising teams on all UX issues
Requirements
- Completed degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, media design, computer science, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in building up or significantly further developing UX as a topic in an organization
- Experience with AI-supported methods and tools in the design process
- Good knowledge of Figma, including the construction of structured libraries
- Secure stakeholder management and the ability to derive design decisions data-based and present them convincingly
- Very good English skills, written and spoken, good German skills are an advantage
