UX Designer, People Engagement Experience

The UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design of employee experiences across mobile and desktop platforms, specifically for the AtoZ app. They will collaborate with product and engineering partners to define information architecture, workflows, and long-term design visions.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on the design of useful, usable, accessible, and desirable products in a team environment
- Understand customer's needs and mental models through UX research, market analysis, metrics, and feedback
- Assist in defining business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements while raising the bar on design and delighting customers
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI)
