The UX Designer will contribute to the evolution of digital solutions on the ServiceNow platform by creating intuitive and accessible user experiences. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support design initiatives, usability improvements, and continuous enhancement of user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares, apoiando iniciativas de design, usabilidade e melhoria contínua de jornadas e interfaces
- Contribuir para a criação de experiências intuitivas, acessíveis e centradas no usuário
- Desenvolver wireframes e protótipos de baixa e média fidelidade
Requirements
- Formação ou experiência inicial em UX Design, Product Design, Design Digital ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento em mapeamento de jornadas e experiência do usuário
- Experiência com criação de wireframes e protótipos de baixa e média fidelidade
- Conhecimento básico em Figma, Adobe XD ou ferramentas similares
- Noções de acessibilidade, usabilidade e design centrado no usuário
