The Design Manager will lead the design process for frame collections from concept to sign-off while coordinating with buying and market teams. They are responsible for managing critical paths, reviewing samples, and ensuring all development stages meet quality and consistency standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from concept through to sign-off
- Coordinate CAD reviews and design briefs
- Review samples against design expectations and manage critical paths
- Present creative concepts and build strong partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders
Requirements
- Passion for product design
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
