Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of complex digital products by conducting user research and creating intuitive web and mobile experiences. They will also evolve the organization's design system and leverage data to optimize user outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in product discovery with Product and Engineering teams
- Conduct user research, field observations, interviews, and usability testing
- Design web and mobile experiences that support complex operational workflows
- Leverage analytics, behavioral data, and user insights to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
- Create intuitive, accessible experiences for users with varying levels of technical proficiency
- Evolve and promote the design system to ensure consistency across products
- Improve the use of Figma and AI-assisted design tools
- Influence product decisions and help teams adopt UX best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Significant experience designing complex digital products
- Strong UX, interaction design, and visual design skills
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Proven expertise in user research, UX validation, and usability testing
- Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
- Experience building or scaling a design system
- Experience working on B2B, operational, or workflow-intensive products
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills
- Proficiency with Figma and interest in AI-assisted design tools
