The Senior UX Designer will lead the end-to-end design of employee-facing products and features while driving the long-term design vision for the PEX organization. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners to transform fragmented systems into intuitive, cohesive user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Assume ownership for the end-to-end product experiences and features across desktop, mobile, and more
- Manage the user experience design of multiple mid-to-large-sized programs
- Contribute to the vision for the organization and influence product strategic roadmap
Requirements
- 6+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
