- Actively participating in discovery initiatives, using research, data, benchmarks, and feedback to identify opportunities and guide product decisions
- Participating in the definition of new journeys and products, contributing from strategy conception to solution delivery
- Creating high-quality visual interfaces, ensuring consistency, clarity, accessibility, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Experience in Product Design in agile and multidisciplinary environments
- Strong command of UI Design, with excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to create modern, functional, and consistent interfaces
- Solid knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility
- Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping and collaboration tools
- Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems and component libraries
