- Work with PMs and Engineering to transform technical rules into understandable flows
- Conduct user research and testing
- Design complex flows and maintain a Design System
Requirements
- Solid experience with complex digital products
- Discovery, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and testing
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio demonstrating process, decisions, and impact
