Senior User Experience (UI/UX) Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will create user-centered digital experiences, including dashboards, internal tools, and prototypes to improve workflow efficiency. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually polished digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing user-centered interfaces for internal tools, dashboards, web applications, SharePoint experiences, forms, digital workflows
- Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, mockups, user flows, process flows, journey maps, storyboards, and sitemaps
- Collaborating with business analysts, developers, marketing teams, proposal teams, communications teams, technical subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience in UI design, UX design, product design, digital design, interaction design, web design, application design, dashboard design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work
- Strong command of UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, UXPin, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite
