Lead the conceptualization and design of digital products and interfaces to ensure high-quality, elegant user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define visual styles, develop prototypes, and validate product requirements against user needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design of digital interfaces/products managed by the institution
- Investigate, identify and articulate customer needs to conceptualize ideas and design solutions
- Design and deliver elegant and aesthetic product experiences as part of an agile and multifunctional product team
- Define the visual style and positioning based on design principles that effectively communicate the brand experience promise
- Develop prototypes with the interaction experience designer to validate customer needs, requirements and behaviors
- Collaborate actively with the business and stakeholders during the design and development process
Requirements
- University degree in Graphic Design or Advertising
- Proficiency in graphic design programs, diagramming and animation: Adobe Suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, InVision, Sketch
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS & Javascript
- Knowledge of institutional policies and procedures
- Solid knowledge of high-quality consumer product design, design and development skills and knowledge of global design trends
- English language skills
