Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design efforts for the Garmin Connect application, managing the full feature development process from wireframing to final pixel-perfect execution. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, prototype, and deliver high-quality interaction solutions while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Utilize user experience design, interaction design, and visual design skills to create superior apps and services
- Collaborate with associates from various departments to research, prototype, design, present, and create highly usable interaction solutions
- Lead conversations with partners and potential clients with respect to user experience design
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced product designers
- Contribute to advanced design research for new products or markets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design, Human Factors, Visual Design or a degree with an equivalent curriculum
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent academics
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- A portfolio that demonstrates refined digital product design skills across multiple projects
