Senior Product Designer - Aviation Web/Mobile

The Senior Product Designer will lead design direction for aviation web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences. Responsibilities include mentoring junior designers, conducting user research, and managing the end-to-end feature development process.
Responsibilities
- Perform as a design leader who guides design direction for multiple projects
- Make substantial contributions to determining feasibility of project goals/objectives
- Research and provide solutions for problems that span multiple groups or disciplines
- Lead conversations with partners and potential clients with respect to user experience design
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced Product Designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interactive Design, Human Factors, Visual Design or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience or 9 years equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent academics (cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0)
- Proficient in UX software tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Proven track record of leading design direction for multiple projects
